This policy explains what Niko Manolakos ("Offerant," "we") collects when you use getofferant.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), and records of when you accepted our Terms (time, IP address, browser).
- Job-search information you provide: your resume, work history, education, preferences, answers to application questions (which may include optional demographic answers you choose to save), and any contact lists you upload.
- Email connection: the address and app password you connect, stored encrypted, used only to send messages you approve or enable and to read replies to them.
- Activity in the Service: jobs found, applications prepared or submitted, emails drafted and sent, and logs used to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
- Publicly published professional contact information (name, title, employer, business email) that the Service finds on organizations' own websites for your job search.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, not your full card number.
How we use it
To provide the Service to you: finding and scoring jobs, tailoring your resume, preparing and submitting applications you approve, finding contacts, drafting and sending emails you approve, billing, security, support, and improving the Service. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your resume or emails to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
- Employers and websites you apply to receive the application information you approve.
- Recipients of your emails receive the messages you approve.
- Service providers that run the Service for us (hosting, Stripe for payments, and optional AI or contact-finding providers you connect), under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your data is kept separate
Each customer's information is stored in its own separate data space. Your API keys and email credentials are never shared with other customers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from your Account page; deletion is permanent. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep billing records as required by law.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted email credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at nikomanolakos34@gmail.com if you believe your account was compromised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information and to object to certain processing. Contact nikomanolakos34@gmail.com; we will respond within the time required by law. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
About the people we find for you
We only collect professional contact details that organizations have published on their own websites, never guess email addresses, and do not access LinkedIn. Anyone who wants their information removed can email nikomanolakos34@gmail.com, and recipients can reply to any message to opt out; opted-out addresses are never emailed again.
